To set up mail for multiple users on one machine all you have to do is copy one registry key and the profiles are set up exactly the way they were.
That key is HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionWindowsMessaging SubsystemProfiles. This key also exists under HKEY_USERSSecurity ID the same path. So, what I do is navigate to these keys, export registry file, and save to a network share. Then when setting up a new computer I just double click the .reg file and the mail is set up. It saves a lot of time!
