I tell people to use something printed in their offices -- like a support sticker that has CPU or monitor serial numbers on it, usually a cryptic combination of numbers and letters. If you make sure to capitalize one of the letters, you have a good password using numbers, as well as lower and uppercase letters that means absolutely nothing.
